Market Analyst

$50,000.00-$70,000.00/yr

HOURS

9:30am – 6:30pm, Monday – Friday

WORK SITE:

Flushing, NY

DUTIES:

Analyze market & financial data to find real estate/construction value, competition and market trend for resource allocation and business

opportunity; generate short-long special market and business strategy proposals by advanced quantitative methods to improve daily business

decision making.

REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Finance/ Accounting/ Real Estate major and 1-2 years of professional experience in the job offered.
